Subscribers can top up with extra credits. Purchased credits stay on your account;
an active subscription is required to use them.
A few things worth knowing.
How does the free swap work?
You can try one successful swap before creating an account. After that, sign in with Google and choose an active subscription to keep creating. The free trial is not reset when you sign in.
When do my credits renew?
Subscription credits are added after each successful weekly, monthly, or yearly payment and expire at the end of that billing period. The yearly plan grants its annual allowance together. Purchased extra credits do not expire.
What happens if a swap fails?
A failed job releases the reserved credit or free trial. You are charged a credit only when a result has been saved successfully.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel future renewals from your billing page. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, and you can still access retained results after it ends.
How long are my photos stored?
Original uploads are removed 24 hours after processing finishes. Account results are retained for 30 days and guest results for 24 hours. You can delete your photos earlier or download the results you want to keep.
